Michael Hartman, CFP®, RICP®
Founder & Financial Planner
Michael Hartman works with his clients to help create retirement income solutions for individuals and families who are concerned about the possibility of running out of money in retirement. Mike specializes in working with pre-retiree’s (typically 10 years or less away from retirement), who have been diligent savers throughout their working years, are looking for a trusted advisor, and who understand the value of having expert financial guidance when developing their income plan in retirement.
Mike obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shippensburg University. Since joining the financial services industry in 2010, Mike has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations. Mike was named a “Rising Star” by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in 2017, and received a similar “Rising Star” honor again in 2018 by the Greater Reading Young Professionals (GRYP). Most recently, in 2023 Mike was named a “Young Advisor to Watch” by Financial Advisor Magazine. Mike is a class of 2020 graduate of the Leadership Berks program. Mike stays very active within the financial planning industry, and is a member of XY Planning Network, The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), The Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Fee-Only Network.
Mike and his wife, Alicia, reside in Sinking Spring. They are parents to a 2 1/2 year old girl, Makenzie, and are expecting their second child in summer 2023. Mike stays active volunteering within the community, and is a past Board member of the Greater Reading Young Professionals and a past Cabinet member of the Emerging Leaders United.

Dan Cieniewicz works with parents of teenage children as they find themselves in position to strategize to pay for college while also staying on track for retirement. Dan’s goal when working with clients is to explain the complexities of the financial aid & college application process and to strategize to make sure that both parents and children are set up for long term success.
Dan was born & raised in Berks County. He attended Albright College, majoring in Economics & Political Science and played on the football team. Dan has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Dan is the head girls basketball coach at Warwick High School in Lititz, PA and recently began taking classes in martial arts. He resides in Lititz with his wife, Carly.

Tyler’s goal when working with his clients is to simplify the complexities of financial planning and help build strong financial habits that will last a lifetime.
Tyler obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Albright College in Reading, PA and his MBA at Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA.
Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and grilling on his Traeger. Tyler, his wife, Brooke, and baby boy, Elijah, reside in Berks County.

Mike and his wife, Alicia, reside in Sinking Spring. They are first-time parents to a 1 year old girl, Makenzie, and have two pets, Tunie and Lilly. Mike enjoys staying active through physical fitness, and you can often find him on a hike with his wife and daughter, playing basketball with friends bright and early every Saturday morning, or at the closest rock climbing gym. Mike loves to travel to new places with his family, and he is always eager to check out the best brunch and ice cream spots wherever their travels take them. . Mike stays active volunteering within the community, and is a past Board member of the Greater Reading Young Professionals and a past Cabinet member of the Emerging Leaders United.
